We were extremely satisfied with the one that we chose to do the remediation work as well as with the plumber. You also referred us to an efficient roofer when - during heavy rains - small leaks appeared through the ceiling in one room. Being new at selling a house and under some time constraints, we really appreciated the hand-holding you provided. Finally, the house was shown with very minimal inconvenience to us and sold quickly at the price we asked for. Igor was absolutely the best choice to sell our home in the wonderful Hollywood Riviera! We originally met Igor because he was representing the builders/sellers of our first, starter home. I figured that if these down-to-earth, high-quality builders use Igor for all of their projects, he definitely had to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard-working. But, I had no idea how much this really was true! Igor, Recently, we decided to sell a house in the Hollywood Riviera area. We live out of state, and we knew Igor Nastaskin both as a former family neighbor and for his reputation and knowledge of area real estate. When my 94-year-old mother fell and fractured her tailbone, I knew she could no longer live alone at New Horizons.
